COVID-19 Appointment Guidelines:


Prior to your appointment, you will be required to fill out a COVID-19  questionnaire. Please be forthcoming with all information. If you are feeling sick, having allergies, have traveled, have been exposed to, or cared for a COVID-19 positive person within the last 14 days, please reschedule your appointment for later. 

You will be required to sign a “consent to comply” with the new safety protocols before you arrive. If you refuse to comply with the new safety protocols when you arrive, unfortunately, you would be asked to leave and you will forfeit your paid booking fee.

1 on 1 appointments only, no guests are allowed. Please don’t bring anyone else to your scheduled appointment.

Please limit personal belongings. No food or drinks will be allowed inside the studio

There will be 10 min blocks between appointments. All surfaces are disinfected and sanitized thoroughly after every client and frequently. Even more so at this time.

Please come on time, if you arrive earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment, please stay in the car and text us at (540) 227-0076 to see if you can be seen earlier. We will text you back when if are ready to see you. If you arrive on time, there is no need to text/call us, you may just come in.

All client intake forms will either be emailed to you or given to you upon your arrival at our office to be signed before your appointment starts.

Please come with a face mask covering the mouth and nose to your appointment. No mask – no service even if you are already fully vaccinated. You must wear the mask the whole time you are at the studio.

Once you enter the studio your temperature will be taken with a contactless thermometer. We will be monitoring our temperature every day as well. Any reading of 100.0 or higher will result in the cancelation of services.

You will be asked to wash your hands, there will be a table with hand sanitizer for you to apply as well. 

For your safety, we will be wearing a mask, and gloves at all times.

Although we usually love hugs, during this time we will utilize contactless forms of greetings for everyone’s safety.

Please email us at if you develop any symptoms, or don’t feel good before your appointment or if you wish to reschedule your appointment for later. Let’s try our best, in following all CDC and state guidelines on preventing this spread as much as possible.




We have a 48 hours cancellation policy for all appointments, including consultations,  complimentary & annual touch-ups. No exceptions.


50% NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE, which is applied to the cost of your procedure, is due at booking. The remaining 50% balance is due immediately after the initial service is complete via cash, credit/debit card, or PayPal (sorry – we cannot accept personal checks).  No refunds will be given for any services scheduled. If you change your mind or can not longer attend the scheduled appointment for whatever reason THE BOOKING FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. No refunds will be given on the booking fee due to late cancellations (less than 48 hours before your appointment) or no-shows.  Also, please be aware that if you are more than 15 mins. late (if you feel you will be late, please let us know in advance so that plans can be made), we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and no refund will be given for your booking fee in this situation as well.  We are aware that life happens and sympathetic, but we often have another client after the initial one and it would be unfair for them to have to wait for their appointment.  If any of these situations do occur and you still wish to have the procedure, a new deposit and scheduled appointment will need to be made.

Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed for some clients.  We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantees will be made and no additional touch-ups will be performed earlier than 12 months after the last service to avoid skin trauma.


If you have had your eyebrows/lips previously tattooed/microbladed and are interested in a cover-up/re-work, you MUST email us a clear photo PRIOR to booking your appointment. We don’t work over the eyebrows/lips previously done by another technician unless the pigment is 100% faded or removed without scar tissue left behind.  We cannot guarantee results for cases such as these and we must approve that your eyebrows are workable. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work. Previously tattooed areas and cover-ups will almost always require additional touch-ups for best results and will be charged accordingly.


Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. 


Your touch-up appointment can be scheduled no sooner than 6-12 weeks following your first session, although later is better. We must give your skin ample time to fully heal and regenerate before tattooing it again. This touch-up appointment is highly suggested for the best results. No additional touch-up appointments will be performed earlier than 12 months after the last service to avoid skin trauma. Refreshers (the annual touch-ups) are generally required every 1-3 years to keep the color looking fresh.


If any other technician applies any cosmetic tattoo over an area originally done by us, we will no longer perform any future procedures. No exceptions.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that last-minute emergencies sometimes pop up. However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment with your cosmetic tattoo artist, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule it. We require 48 hours of advance notice.
Rescheduling/Cancellations less than 48 hours from appointment time or clients who no-show without notice will lose their non-refundable booking fee.


Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule and a new 50% booking fee will need to be paid. Out of respect and consideration for your cosmetic tattoo artist and other customers, please do your best to be on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in losing your 50% non-refundable booking fee and you will be required to pay a new 50% non-refundable booking fee to book a new appointment.


Children and Pets are NOT allowed at Re:Pigment.Me Beauty Studio…even though we love both dearly
